Recently, other than cycling, school work, went donate my blood. Fun i can say and something nice to do.. My blood always boils so better donate some for others rather than keeping me high blood pressure. Also help and release a humming bird..... Well, guess will be joining some cycling event soon.

Congrats myself for hitting 132 km within 4 trips of cycling in this week..

Everything seems back to square again.... Ok that's it.
